Ronco SC's Mathias Hesse proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ronco SC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvan Riedweg in the 4th minute of play forced Ronco SC's goalkeeper Mathias Hesse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olympio Locher's late challenge caught a Ronco SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olympio Locher helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ronco SC booed when Busskirch SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olympio Locher didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Flavian Koehler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Conrad Barbey was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Silvan Riedweg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mathias Hesse came out and tried to block the shot, but Silvan Riedweg slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. After 39 played minutes Busskirch SC got a freekick which was hit by Philippe Grassi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvan Riedweg in the 41st minute of play forced Ronco SC's goalkeeper Mathias Hesse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ronco SC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Remo Strickler hit a great ball. The long shot by Adrian Zimmermann in the 44th minute really tested Mathias Hesse's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvan Riedweg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Silvan Riedweg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mathias Hesse. Ronco SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvan Riedweg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Busskirch SC's Roth Lehrer got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Philippe Grassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remo Strickler kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Roth Lehrer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronco SC's Flavian Koehler got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavian Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrad Barbey having to interfere. Ronco SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Busskirch SC the free kick. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ronco SC! Rudolf Geiger hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Silvan Riedweg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mathias Hesse was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After having played for 82 minutes, Silvan Riedweg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Busskirch SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvan Riedweg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Silvan Riedweg put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mathias Hesse.
