Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stefan Isler started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gampel's Matteo Gloeckner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Gampel from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Alessandro got free with Matteo Gloeckner in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matteo Gloeckner didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 6th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Gampel's zone, Dario Alessandro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matteo Gloeckner came out of the goal and Dario Alessandro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Gampel getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Bastian Imbach hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bert Kappel in the 24th minute of play forced Berikon's goalkeeper David Belisle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 played minutes Berikon got a freekick which was hit by Tam Brandenberger. If Bert Kappel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farid Merz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Belisle didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gampel's Bert Kappel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Stefan Isler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gampel's Matteo Gloeckner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Isler in the 42nd minute of play. After 44 minutes, Tam Brandenberger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Berikon and the Gampel players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Berikon getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Tam Brandenberger hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Bert Kappel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gampel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bert Kappel made a kick off. In the 55th minute Dario Alessandro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matteo Gloeckner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefan Isler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Stefan Isler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Piet Giacomini charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Piet Giacomini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Farid Merzs short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got David Belisle to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Farid Merz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Belisle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Dario Alessandro scored 3-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matteo Gloeckner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 82 minutes of play, Berikon's Stefan Isler made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matteo Gloeckner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Matteo Gloeckner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Isler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matteo Gloeckner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Isler in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Berikon's Stefan Isler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matteo Gloeckner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute of the game, Jarl Rusch landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The supporters of Berikon booed when Gampel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herman Wiprächtiger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Berikon's Dario Alessandro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matteo Gloeckner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. Berikon's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
