Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marvin Krauer started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, kasch dänke du's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Drechsler came free, but Ralf Muscio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 4th minute, Rodolfo Baader hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 6 minutes, Yannick Couturier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hrvatska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yannick Couturier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, kasch dänke du's Severiano Jeanneret seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Severiano Jeanneret the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of kasch dänke du protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Severiano Jeanneret had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 10 played minutes kasch dänke du got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Jeanneret. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Drechsler in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ralf Muscio saved kasch dänke du from getting behind. Ralf Muscio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Drechsler went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Timoteo Mela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Walder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Timoteo Mela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonhard Spielhofer in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the game, kasch dänke du's Gregor Burger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Timoteo Mela made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 30 minutes into the game, one of kasch dänke du:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Leonhard Spielhofer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Mela having to interfere. The supporters of kasch dänke du booed when Hrvatska was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joey Zwygart didn't get a good kick on the ball. Timoteo Mela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregor Burger in the 38th minute of play. Timoteo Mela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregor Burger, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Timoteo Mela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonhard Spielhofer in the 45th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Drechsler to make the kick off. Timoteo Mela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paulo Drechsler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Ralf Muscio made a huge save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hrvatska fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! The referee gave kasch dänke du a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stephan Verplanken, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hrvatska's Timoteo Mela. 3-2. Paulo Drechslers short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Ralf Muscio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Benoit Isler's late challenge caught a Hrvatska's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benoit Isler helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes kasch dänke du got a freekick which was hit by Benoit Isler. Timoteo Mela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregor Burger in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Rodolfo Baader hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charly Walder in the 85th minute of play forced Hrvatska's goalkeeper Timoteo Mela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Ralf Muscio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 87 played minutes kasch dänke du got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Baader. In the 90th minute, Leonhard Spielhofer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timoteo Mela was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2.
