But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florus Grossenbacher couldn't finish the play. The Schmitten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 21stth minute of the game Leroy Grob who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trasadingen's Arrigo Thelen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raymond Burger charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raymond Burger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41stth minute of the game Leroy Grob who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trasadingen's Arrigo Thelen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leroy Grob in the 43rd minute of play forced Trasadingen's goalkeeper Arrigo Thelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans Geiger to make the kick off. When Michael Kernen came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Schmitten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michael Kernen couldn't finish the play.
