Reno Lüthi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jvo Manta. Shady Records's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Shady Records's zone, Lucien Studhalter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jvo Manta came out of the goal and Lucien Studhalter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Rüdemann was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Jonathan Rüdemann kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Lew Bader was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 44th minute of the match, Frankie Laberge tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florian Moret saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frankie Laberge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frankie Laberge in the 58th minute of play forced Ultimate FC's goalkeeper Florian Moret to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karsten Ascani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Moret having to interfere. Karsten Ascani struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Florian Moret didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shady Records. Frankie Laberge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Florian Moret tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 92 minutes into the match, Ultimate FC's Pawel Horber sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jvo Manta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Shady Records's zone, Pawel Horber stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jvo Manta came out of the goal and Pawel Horber tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
