Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Igor Fassbinder made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjy Hangl in the 5th minute of play forced Boltigen HC's goalkeeper Gerard Oderholz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boltigen HC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Igor Fassbinder 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Boltigen HC's zone, Igor Fassbinder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerard Oderholz came out of the goal and Igor Fassbinder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boltigen HC's Vittore Rotzer got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlo Goffredo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Benjy Hangl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 minutes of play Hemmiken FC's Benjy Hangl was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Benjy Hangl kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Guglielmo Bourdette kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Boltigen HC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Alois Sidler hit a great ball. In the 28th match minute, Hemmiken FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Estermann to maneuver through the defense. Hemmiken FC's Louis Beich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vittore Rotzer in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hemmiken FC's Lyonel Dubler got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Alois Sidler kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Riccardo Geisseler got free with Gerard Oderholz in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd match minute, Boltigen HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Scheupach to maneuver through the defense. Gerard Oderholz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Fassbinder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vittore Rotzer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Boltigen HC's Gerard Oderholz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Fassbinder in the 52nd minute of play. Igor Fassbinder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gerard Oderholz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Boltigen HC's goal looked a bit too open when Guglielmo Bourdette came free, but Gerard Oderholz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Yannick Haefeli made a precise shot to the right of Gerard Oderholz. Boltigen HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 64 minutes, Alexandre Scheupach mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boltigen HC and the Hemmiken FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexandre Scheupach kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Gerard Oderholz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodolfo Estermann went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute, Igor Fassbinder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerard Oderholz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Fassbinder in the 75th minute of play. Vittorio Grondin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 78 played minutes Hemmiken FC got a freekick which was hit by Pieter Gilg. Boltigen HC's Gerard Oderholz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Fassbinder in the 86th minute of play. When Guglielmo Bourdette came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Hemmiken FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guglielmo Bourdette couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Estermann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gerard Oderholz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexandre Scheupach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Louis Beich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 minutes of play, Hemmiken FC's Rodolfo Estermann made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerard Oderholz was left in no man's land by his defense there!
