Spectators: 7615 (Terracing: 5828, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Florentin Boss started the match with the kick off. Horace Schätzle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Marc Maina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Florentin Boss's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marc Maina was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Guido Rohr dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marc Maina, 1-0. Florentin Boss did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Marc Maina 17 minutes into the match. Marc Maina came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ibach's Horace Schätzle. But to his dismay, Horace Schätzle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Horace Schätzle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC Ibach booed when st.moritz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonhard Schwander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 played minutes st.moritz got a freekick which was hit by Leonhard Schwander. With his leg Marc Maina managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when FC Ibach's Horace Schätzle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Freeman Waltisberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Hamlet Frei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rick Zwygart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hamlet Frei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Olivier Gassmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC Ibach booed when st.moritz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonhard Schwander didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in st.moritz's zone, Florentin Boss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marc Maina came out of the goal and Florentin Boss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee gave st.moritz a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Heiko Eberhart, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Ibach's Hamlet Frei. 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rick Zwygart stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horace Schätzle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marc Maina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, st.moritz's goal looked a bit too open when Florentin Boss came free, but Marc Maina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamlet Frei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rick Zwygart's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute, Rick Zwygart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Ibach's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Heiko Eberhart was slow to take the kick. During this time st.moritz's players had a chance to rest. The corner led st.moritz's Tobis Graf to fire away a dangerous shot which Hamlet Frei despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marc Maina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentin Boss in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FC Ibach's zone, Olivier Gassmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamlet Frei came out of the goal and Olivier Gassmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rick Zwygart kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hamlet Frei. That made the score 3-2 in the 83 minute of play.
