Claude Neustadt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alois Zihler's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Atlantis United's Claude Neustadt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baptiste Maurer in the 42nd minute of play. In the 45th minute, Bryan Kaur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Michael Hébert kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Baptiste Maurer made the kick off in the second half. Baptiste Maurer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claude Neustadt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Fc Schönenwerd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alois Zihler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. During the 68th minute of the match Michael Hébert completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. In the 68th match minute, Atlantis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Hébert to maneuver through the defense. Claude Neustadt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alois Zihler went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.
