Spectators: 7749 (Terracing: 5813, Seating: 1782, VIP seats: 154) Solduno's Cooper Frey started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bernard Cicchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anthony Bourgouin in the 3rd minute of play. Alois Sankt, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cooper Frey in the 9th minute of play forced Wikon's goalkeeper Ezra Veterini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thomas Sauerberg's late challenge caught a Solduno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thomas Sauerberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wikon's Thomas Sauerberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. The audience was convinced that Harley Stähelin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezra Veterini was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Wikon's goal looked a bit too open when Harley Stähelin came free, but Ezra Veterini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cooper Frey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezra Veterini having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Wikon's goal looked a bit too open when Cooper Frey came free, but Ezra Veterini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Cooper Frey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ezra Veterini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Solduno's Bernard Cicchetti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Bourgouin in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Giuseppe Frey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solduno's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuseppe Frey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezra Veterini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cooper Frey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezra Veterini having to interfere. When Solduno's Cooper Frey in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wikon's goalie prevented a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Bernard Cicchetti successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Cooper Frey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solduno's supporters rose to their feet, but Cooper Frey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ezra Veterini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ezra Veterini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cooper Frey went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cooper Frey struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Ezra Veterini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solduno. In the 41st minute, Thomas Sauerberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harley Stähelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Solduno's Cooper Frey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezra Veterini narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anthony Bourgouin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Wikon's goal looked a bit too open when Cooper Frey came free, but Ezra Veterini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Thomas Klein was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wikon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Solduno the free kick. After a rather tough play, Wikon's Thomas Klein got a free kick in the 56th minute. When Solduno's Cooper Frey in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wikon's goalie prevented a goal. Cooper Frey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ezra Veterini having to make a save. If Cooper Frey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernard Cicchetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niccolo Käuflin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Maurizio Balmer hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Anthony Bourgouin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Harley Stähelin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Wikon's Ezra Veterini got control of the ball when Harley Stähelin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Wikon fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Solduno were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
