Beat Hagenbuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jascha Brugger having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horatio Tobler in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jascha Brugger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Beat Hagenbuch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25thth minute of the game Horatio Tobler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kurden's Jascha Brugger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 27th minute when Horatio Tobler elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 31st minute Horatio Tobler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jascha Brugger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Kurden's Jascha Brugger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horatio Tobler in the 32nd minute of play. Simon Lampart's late challenge caught a FC Kurden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Simon Lampart helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th match minute, FC Stadtclub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Lampart to maneuver through the defense. When Luca Ritter came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Kurden fans jumped to their feet. With a little luck, FC Kurden's Jascha Brugger got control of the ball when Simon Lampart tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over FC Stadtclub could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Kurden throughout the match.
