Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bruce Bächler's late challenge caught a Egerkingen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruce Bächler helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Oberwil getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bruce Bächler hit a great ball. Bruce Bächler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Vonarburg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Guido Nannarone when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute Bruce Bächler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Nannarone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fritz Burkhart kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Guido Nannarone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruce Bächler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Egerkingen's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Bächler came free, but Guido Nannarone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guido Nannarone came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Oberwil's Ansgar Röösli. But to his dismay, Ansgar Röösli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 33rd minute, Ferdinand Vonarburg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jim Graf took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pier Lauzier. Pier Lauzier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. When Ferdinand Vonarburg came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the FC Oberwil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Vonarburg couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Wertscher made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Egerkingen's Fritz Burkhart got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Janis Bärtschi succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to get real power on a long shot . Egerkingen's Guido Nannarone hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 5-1! 59 minutes into the match, Egerkingen's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Vonarburg came free, but Guido Nannarone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ferdinand Vonarburg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guido Nannarone having to make a save. After 64 played minutes Egerkingen got a freekick which was hit by Marcus Beich. 67 minutes into the match, Elijah Cacciatore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guido Nannarone. Egerkingen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elijah Cacciatore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Vonarburg in the 71st minute of play forced Egerkingen's goalkeeper Guido Nannarone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Wertscher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Pier Lauzier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, FC Oberwil's Bruce Bächler sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guido Nannarone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If David Wertscher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Nannarone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bruce Bächler's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Alberto Nannarone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruce Bächler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Guido Nannarone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Ferdinand Vonarburg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the FC Oberwil players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
