Flurlingen FC's Cliff Fuerst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Schöpfer in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Perudiego's Pat Schlüssel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cliff Fuerst made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Marlon Keiser managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flurlingen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marlon Keiser was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedict Felix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Flurlingen FC's goalkeeper Cliff Fuerst, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Flurlingen FC's Pepito Pfenniger in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perudiego's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Mac Jäger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flurlingen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mac Jäger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Flurlingen FC booed when Perudiego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alajos Scarano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th match minute, Perudiego was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liborius Hitz to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Perudiego's goalkeeper Benedict Felix, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Mac Jäger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedict Felix. Perudiego's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mac Jäger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Cliff Fuerst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pat Schlüssel, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Mac Jäger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Perudiego getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Liborius Hitz hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Flurlingen FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Perudiego. Fabien Kretz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cliff Fuerst. 2-3. A collision led to Flurlingen FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Renaud Clementia hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Fabien Kretz made a precise shot to the right of Cliff Fuerst. Flurlingen FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Benedict Felix didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 3-4. In the 89th minute Pepito Pfenniger suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Liborius Hitz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. The supporters of Flurlingen FC booed when Perudiego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liborius Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Flurlingen FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
