Patrice Tanguay hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Bieito Iñigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olympio Helmholz in the 7th minute of the match. Silvanus Despland hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ufstieger Jungs's Forrester Frei tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Harald Wilhelm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olympio Helmholz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bieito Iñigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leopoldo Schoch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fabian Gisler was a little too slow when Harald Wilhelm got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 38th minute, Monte Brè's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Leopoldo Schoch fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Leopoldo Schoch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mirko Eichelberger kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Leopoldo Schoch made the kick off in the second half. When Leopoldo Schoch came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ufstieger Jungs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Schoch couldn't finish the play. Leopoldo Schoch scored 3-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabian Gisler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Ufstieger Jungs:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Monte Brè:s goal. Constantine Schifferle shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Ufstieger Jungs's Bieito Iñigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Ufstieger Jungs from getting a goal against them. Bieito Iñigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levi Gräf in the 67th minute of the match. Olympio Helmholz's late challenge caught a Ufstieger Jungs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olympio Helmholz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ufstieger Jungs booed when Monte Brè was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olympio Helmholz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Monte Brè's Fabian Gisler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Schoch in the 71st minute of play. Leopoldo Schoch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Gisler having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Schoch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Gisler was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, Monte Brè's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Schoch came free, but Fabian Gisler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Schoch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fabian Gisler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leopoldo Schoch in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Gisler saved Monte Brè from getting behind. Ufstieger Jungs's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
