Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Levi Gräf got the match started through his kick off. Gilberto Poulin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Olympio Helmholz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Levi Gräf in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvarez Déziel saved Riedli HC from getting behind. Alvarez Déziel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Levi Gräf showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Riedli HC's goalkeeper Alvarez Déziel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olympio Helmholz. Levi Gräf charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Levi Gräf the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Levi Gräf hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Claude Abendroth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fabian Gisler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Claude Abendroth came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Riedli HC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Abendroth couldn't finish the play. After recieving a nice pass, Monte Brè's Constantine Schifferle tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 35 minutes, Claude Abendroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Riedli HC and the Monte Brè players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olympio Helmholz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Déziel having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Levi Gräf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Brè's supporters crossed their fingers, but Levi Gräf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute Levi Gräf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvarez Déziel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvarez Déziel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levi Gräf in the 46th minute of play. Olympio Helmholz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alvarez Déziel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 54th minute, Levi Gräf made a precise shot to the right of Alvarez Déziel. Riedli HC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. When Olympio Helmholz came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Monte Brè fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olympio Helmholz couldn't finish the play. In the 63rd match minute, Riedli HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ralph Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Olympio Helmholz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Alvarez Déziel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Levi Gräf notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Riedli HC's Alvarez Déziel. Alvarez Déziel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olympio Helmholz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvarez Déziel having to interfere. Fabian Gisler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claude Abendroth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78thth minute of the game Levi Gräf who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riedli HC's Alvarez Déziel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 79th play minutes Levi Gräf shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Alvarez Déziel and just under the crossbar into goal. Monte Brè's Levi Gräf got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvarez Déziel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Levi Gräf, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Mirko Eichelberger's late challenge caught a Riedli HC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mirko Eichelberger helped the player get up and apologised. Fabian Gisler made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Fred Duplanty sent off a good shot on target. Levi Gräf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Alvarez Déziel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the game, Kersten Heller was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monte Brè's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Riedli HC the free kick. Kersten Heller kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Monte Brè's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
