Spectators: 6935 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Oscar Ruano took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th match minute, Riedli HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reno Jolicoeur to maneuver through the defense. After 6 played minutes Riedli HC got a freekick which was hit by Reno Jolicoeur. After some careless play in the Riedli HC defense, Oscar Ruano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvarez Déziel. The Riedli HC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvarez Déziel should have stopped the shot. When Oscar Ruano came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the FC Winznau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Ruano couldn't finish the play. FC Winznau's Robin Beike played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claude Abendroth in the 15th minute of play. In the 17thth minute of the game Oscar Ruano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riedli HC's Alvarez Déziel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Winznau's Oscar Ruano fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Nicola Emmeneger hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes FC Winznau got a freekick which was hit by Martyn Feiss. In the 28th minute of the match Jochen Foerster shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Beike showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oscar Ruano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Alvarez Déziel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Winznau's Nepomuk Meier got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Conor Schallberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claude Abendroth in the 48th minute of play forced FC Winznau's goalkeeper Robin Beike to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Fred Duplanty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Beike having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Winznau's Gustl Petermann got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Jochen Foerster shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Beike showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Robin Beike showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Duplanty, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute, Conor Schallberger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st minute, Julien Schmid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Winznau's zone, Jochen Foerster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robin Beike came out of the goal and Jochen Foerster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 84 minutes on the clock, Kordt Gätter commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 84th minute, one of FC Winznau:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Winznau. After having played for 94 minutes, Oscar Ruano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Winznau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Ruano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th minute, Oscar Ruano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Winznau were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Riedli HC to leave the ground with a draw.
