The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Raffaelo von Felten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Meier in the 3rd minute of the match. Raffaelo von Felten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Meier in the 4th minute of play. Yanic Zimmermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, Eschikofen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Walder to maneuver through the defense. Eschikofen's Raffaelo von Felten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remy Despland in the 13th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, ZION AC's goal looked a bit too open when Yanic Zimmermann came free, but Ur Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nathan Waldburger kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentin Amstad in the 26th minute of play forced Eschikofen's goalkeeper Raffaelo von Felten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Meier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Quentin Amstad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Raffaelo von Felten skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 33rd minute, ZION AC's Quentin Amstad ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raffaelo von Felten. Raffaelo von Felten yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 41st minute of the match Hector Petroni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ur Sal skillfully saved the ball. When Manuel Frey fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZION AC's protests and gave Manuel Frey a yellow card for diving instead. Nathaniel Gloeckner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Quentin Amstad to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Quentin Amstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eschikofen's Raffaelo von Felten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raffaelo von Felten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quentin Amstad's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute ZION AC were awarded a corner. Remy Despland went to the cornerflag to take it. ZION AC's Remy Despland was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Raffaelo von Felten in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When ZION AC's Quentin Amstad in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eschikofen's goalie prevented a goal. 61 minutes into the game, Yanic Zimmermann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ur Sal. Yanic Zimmermann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 69th match minute, ZION AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Meier to maneuver through the defense. Ur Sal came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Eschikofen's Yanic Zimmermann. But to his dismay, Yanic Zimmermann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Raffaelo von Felten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quentin Amstad's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The audience was convinced that Quentin Amstad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raffaelo von Felten was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. When ZION AC's Quentin Amstad in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eschikofen's goalie prevented a goal. Gabriel Meier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raffaelo von Felten having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Eschikofen's Marc Walder got a free kick in the 84th minute. In the 85th minute, Remy Despland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adamantios Vlastarakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, ZION AC's Silas Stock got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Quentin Amstad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Raffaelo von Felten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
