Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Charles Zacchia started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Thomas Mehri during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Gabriel Meier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arndt Tittone was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 15 minutes, Karl Bleyer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bottens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Bleyer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arndt Tittone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quentin Amstad's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Karl Bleyer kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Gabriel Meier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Arndt Tittone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Quentin Amstad put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Arndt Tittone. Silas Stock kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Darius Eberhart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Bottens's goal looked a bit too open when Quentin Amstad came free, but Arndt Tittone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Meier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arndt Tittone having to interfere. Gabriel Meier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Charles Zacchia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ur Sal. The goal made the score 1-2.

Gabriel Meier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arndt Tittone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Gabriel Meier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Bottens's Arndt Tittone got control of the ball when Quentin Amstad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ur Sal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darius Eberhart in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th minute of the match, Gabriel Meier tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arndt Tittone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Quentin Amstad's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Arndt Tittone skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 66 played minutes Gabriel Meier rounded Bottens's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. After 70 minutes, Karl Bleyer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bottens and the ZION AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Bottens's Karl Bleyer got a free kick in the 71st minute. When Gabriel Meier fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZION AC's protests and gave Gabriel Meier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st match minute, ZION AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Meier to maneuver through the defense. Ur Sal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Zacchia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as ZION AC's Gabriel Meier slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arndt Tittone. That made the score 1-4 after 86 minutes of play. A collision led to Bottens getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Beltrame Arnold hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quentin Amstad got free with Arndt Tittone in the 100th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ZION AC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
