Spectators: 6938 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anthony Mader kicked off to start the match. When Fabio Baecker fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lütmerken's protests and gave Fabio Baecker a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Fabio Baecker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remi Mader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iago Aspas, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, Iago Aspas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remi Mader. Lütmerken's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iago Aspas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jonathan Helleren's late challenge caught a Lütmerken's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Helleren helped the player get up and apologised. Jonathan Helleren hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 17 minutes, Iago Aspas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirsus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iago Aspas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lütmerken's zone, Percy Ziegler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remi Mader came out of the goal and Percy Ziegler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, Iago Aspas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remi Mader. Lütmerken's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iago Aspas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Iago Aspas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Remi Mader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stefano Labrie got free with Dan Steiger in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lütmerken's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marco Bohm in the 30th minute. Lütmerken's Marco Bohm was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dan Steiger in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 32 minutes of play Lütmerken's Fabio Baecker was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Fabio Baecker hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Giuliano Spiller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirsus's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuliano Spiller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remi Mader breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Lütmerken's goal looked a bit too open when Giuliano Spiller came free, but Remi Mader reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giuliano Spiller struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Remi Mader didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pirsus. In the 47th minute, Iago Aspas made a precise shot to the right of Remi Mader. Lütmerken's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iago Aspas to make the kick off. Giuliano Spiller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remi Mader having to interfere. If Iago Aspas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Mader hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pirsus's Jonathan Helleren got a free kick in the 64th minute. Dan Steiger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Meier, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. A collision led to Lütmerken getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Stefano Labrie hit a great ball. Lütmerken's Remi Mader proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Lütmerken from getting a goal against them. Iago Aspas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Remi Mader tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Lütmerken's Marco Bohm got a free kick in the 75th minute. Remi Mader made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillaume Izzo in the 76th minute. Anthony Mader kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Percy Ziegler during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lütmerken booed when Pirsus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Ziegler didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Pirsus getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Percy Ziegler hit a great ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lütmerken fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! 0-5 came through a penalty shot after 89 played minutes, when Pirsus:s Guillaume Izzo calmly waited for Lütmerken:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Giuliano Spiller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iago Aspas might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Remi Mader. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iago Aspas ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iago Aspas in the 94th minute of play forced Lütmerken's goalkeeper Remi Mader to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Iago Aspas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remi Mader saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Percy Ziegler was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 98 minutes had been played. In the 99th match minute, Pirsus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Ziegler to maneuver through the defense. Pirsus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
