Guillaume Izzo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Pirsus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Ziegler to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farid Stäheli in the 17th minute of play forced Pirsus's goalkeeper Igor Eigel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute of the match, Farid Stäheli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Igor Eigel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Boris Oehen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giuliano Spiller, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Lionel Faoccia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lionel Faoccia scored 0-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boris Oehen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 30 played minutes SSC Napoli - THE END got a freekick which was hit by Nicolai Loser. In the 32nd match minute, Pirsus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Ziegler to maneuver through the defense. Karsten Domini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Igor Eigel made a huge save. The supporters of Pirsus booed when SSC Napoli - THE END was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herve Colloriti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Giuliano Spiller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 45th minute, Lionel Faoccia made a precise shot to the right of Boris Oehen. SSC Napoli - THE END's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Giuliano Spiller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lionel Faoccia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Boris Oehen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giuliano Spiller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Pirsus's Lionel Faoccia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boris Oehen. That made the score 0-3 after 65 minutes of play. Boris Oehen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giuliano Spiller showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 68 minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Giuliano Spiller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pirsus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giuliano Spiller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, SSC Napoli - THE END's goal looked a bit too open when Giuliano Spiller came free, but Boris Oehen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Pirsus's Giuliano Spiller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boris Oehen. That made the score 0-5 after 81 minutes of play. 86 minutes into the game, Simon Blattmer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Igor Eigel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giuliano Spiller recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Giuliano Spiller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pirsus's supporters rose to their feet, but Giuliano Spiller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boris Oehen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, Farid Stäheli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Igor Eigel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5.
