Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Claude Emhardt made the kick off which started today's match. Roque Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Emhardt in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Mittlersass getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Carlo Mächler hit a great ball. After 8 minutes of play, Vionnaz's Claude Emhardt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roque Feliu was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Joakim Kellman came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mittlersass fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joakim Kellman couldn't finish the play. Roque Feliu came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Vionnaz's Brendan Büeler. But to his dismay, Brendan Büeler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 19 minutes into the game, Vionnaz's Claude Emhardt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roque Feliu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Claude Emhardt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Roque Feliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonas Lenzin hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Roque Feliu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felice Zumsteg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Kellman got free with Colin Lingg in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roque Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Emhardt in the 35th minute of play. Mittlersass's Roque Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brendan Büeler in the 38th minute of play. Brendan Büeler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Feliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brendan Büeler, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Vionnaz's Colin Lingg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Vionnaz from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Brendan Büeler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vionnaz's Colin Lingg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joakim Kellman in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Maurizio Kost was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vionnaz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mittlersass the free kick. After a rather tough play, Vionnaz's Maurizio Kost got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 63rd minute, Brendan Büeler made a precise shot to the right of Roque Feliu. Mittlersass's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. 66 minutes into the match, Janos Cacciatore notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Vionnaz's Colin Lingg. Colin Lingg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roque Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claude Emhardt in the 71st minute of play. Colin Lingg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peppone Sperisen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute of the match Frasier Eisenberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Feliu skillfully saved the ball. In the 77th minute, Felice Zumsteg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vionnaz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. 83 minutes into the match, Mittlersass's goal looked a bit too open when Claude Emhardt came free, but Roque Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peppone Sperisen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Colin Lingg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Vionnaz's Felice Zumsteg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roque Feliu. That made the score 1-7 after 88 minutes of play. Vionnaz were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Mittlersass's much stronger midfield.
