When Christy Ammon, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 6 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Juergen Lange was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Juergen Lange took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecil Wegmüller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juergen Lange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christy Ammon in the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cedric Sprecher in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lars Berardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sinclair Angelici could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Lars Berardi made a huge save. In the 21st minute of the match Böttstein FC got a corner. Black Jack's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mathias Reck ran over to the corner to take the kick. Böttstein FC's Lars Berardi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cedric Sprecher in the 28th minute of play. After 31 minutes Böttstein FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nikolai Zettel who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Black Jack's Jvo Ciprella getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Juergen Lange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecil Wegmüller, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Thimotheus Roth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 48 minutes, Cecil Wegmüller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Böttstein FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecil Wegmüller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Böttstein FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christy Ammon to make the kick off. Juergen Lange made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Christy Ammon sent off a good shot on target. After 54 minutes of play, Böttstein FC's Thimotheus Roth made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juergen Lange was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juergen Lange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thimotheus Roth in the 59th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Cecil Wegmüller had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juergen Lange. Black Jack's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cecil Wegmüller was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Sinclair Angelici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathias Reck kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Janning Knechtli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Berardi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedric Sprecher, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The Black Jack fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Böttstein FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
