Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5800, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Berthold Winkel took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zac Naab in the 6th minute of play forced Winikon's goalkeeper Stephan Lejeune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Mauritius Beckenbauer put in a rough tackle. Yggdrasil's Herald Hengemühl got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zac Naab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Lejeune having to interfere. Stefano Stempfel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elari Veide having to interfere. Elari Veide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefano Stempfel, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. A collision led to Yggdrasil getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Noah Barbey hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Enrique Parizeau cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Stephan Lejeune was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Winikon booed when Yggdrasil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zac Naab didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Stefano Stempfel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elari Veide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Conan Elisabeth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 33 played minutes Yggdrasil got a freekick which was hit by Zac Naab. In the 36th minute Enrique Parizeau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Lejeune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raphael Massey hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute Conan Elisabeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elari Veide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stephan Lejeune took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Parizeau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Stefano Stempfel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, Winikon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berthold Winkel to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rowland Erni during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Winikon's Rowland Erni got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Winikon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yggdrasil were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marc Fuhrer made a kick off. When Zac Naab fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yggdrasil's protests and gave Zac Naab a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Stefano Stempfel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winikon's supporters rose to their feet, but Stefano Stempfel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elari Veide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Parizeau got free with Stephan Lejeune in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conan Elisabeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Elari Veide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conan Elisabeth took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elari Veide. Elari Veide dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 63rd minute Marc Fuhrer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Lejeune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marc Fuhrer kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Enrique Parizeau kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stephan Lejeune. That made the score 1-3 in the 72 minute of play. Zac Naab was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 78 played minutes Yggdrasil got a freekick which was hit by Zac Naab. Emil Rothenberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Elari Veide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Yggdrasil's Herald Hengemühl ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Stephan Lejeune. Stephan Lejeune yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. In the 90th minute, Yggdrasil's Noah Barbey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Enrique Parizeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Stephan Lejeune tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Yggdrasil's Marc Fuhrer got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Yggdrasil had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
