Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Francisco Wildhaber got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Derek Bögli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lars Schmid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Wildhaber in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Fritz Bernardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lyonel Fossati was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Charles Fries in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lyonel Fossati saved Forel SC from getting behind. Lyonel Fossati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles Fries's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The supporters of Moscia SC booed when Forel SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Derek Bögli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forel SC's Lyonel Fossati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charles Fries in the 23rd minute of play. Leopoldo Muench who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Lars Schmid when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 34th minute Francisco Wildhaber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Schmid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Schmid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Muench in the 37th minute. After 42 played minutes Moscia SC got a freekick which was hit by Dario Biland. The audience thought a goal was coming when Derek Bögli got free with Lars Schmid in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kai Striner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Lars Schmid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Forel SC's Lyonel Fossati proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Forel SC from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute, Giorgio Dutzler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lyonel Fossati came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Moscia SC's Fritz Bernardi. But to his dismay, Fritz Bernardi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Charles Fries had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Moscia SC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Eduard Engel hit a great ball. Simon Di Luca, 64 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 73rd minute, Leopoldo Muench ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars Schmid was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Moscia SC's Lars Schmid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Muench in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Salvator Ritieni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moscia SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forel SC the free kick. In the 85th minute Derek Bögli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Schmid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Striner in the 86th minute of play forced Moscia SC's goalkeeper Lars Schmid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Wildhaber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lars Schmid having to interfere. Lyonel Fossati stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Charles Fries's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Leopoldo Muench made a precise shot to the right of Lars Schmid. Moscia SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
