In the 4th minute, Stefano Stempfel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Winikon's Stephan Lejeune proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Winikon from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Moscia SC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cillian Belliger hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Moscia SC's goal looked a bit too open when Berthold Winkel came free, but Lars Schmid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raymond Dolder lost his temper 16 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Moscia SC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 18th minute of the game, when Cillian Belliger after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Winikon's goal. Cillian Belliger was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Winikon's goalkeeper Stephan Lejeune had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charles Fries. Stefano Stempfel might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lars Schmid. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefano Stempfel ran back to his position shaking his head. Lars Schmid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Rothenberger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 31 played minutes Winikon got a freekick which was hit by Mauritius Beckenbauer. Justin Lamontagne kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Stefano Stempfel struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Lars Schmid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Winikon. Emil Rothenberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Lars Schmid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Charles Fries made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Charles Fries shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stephan Lejeune saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Detlev Maurer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stephan Lejeune having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Cillian Belliger put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stephan Lejeune. 67 minutes into the game, Conan Elisabeth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Winikon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moscia SC the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Conan Elisabeth kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lars Schmid. That made the score 1-1 in the 72 minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Moscia SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Bernardi to maneuver through the defense. When Winikon's Stefano Stempfel in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moscia SC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 82nd minute, Charles Fries made a precise shot to the right of Stephan Lejeune. Winikon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 89th minute, Conan Elisabeth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rowland Erni kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
