Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Enrico Busillo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. With a little luck, Komische Frage's Adrien Zwyssig got control of the ball when Fabrizio Ambrogioni tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrien Zwyssig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Galliker in the 10th minute of play. Delémont EC's Marvin Neuenschwander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Salvador in the 13th minute of play. Marvin Neuenschwander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliviero Zwinggi in the 14th minute of play. Roberto Trolla's late challenge caught a Komische Frage's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Trolla helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Delémont EC's Roberto Trolla got a free kick in the 24th minute. During the 27th minute of the match Huber Lambrozzi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Huber Lambrozzi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Marvin Neuenschwander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Salvador in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Delémont EC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Salvador came free, but Marvin Neuenschwander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Komische Frage's Oscar Salvador nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marvin Neuenschwander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Marvin Neuenschwander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Schultheiss in the 34th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Luca Schultheiss made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Delémont EC's Marvin Neuenschwander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the match, Oscar Salvador had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marvin Neuenschwander. Delémont EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Salvador was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Marvin Neuenschwander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Schultheiss went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score.

In the 53rd match minute, Delémont EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Ambrogioni to maneuver through the defense. After 54 played minutes, Komische Frage's Edson Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marvin Neuenschwander came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Komische Frage reached it. Quentin Galliker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Delémont EC's Marvin Neuenschwander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Salvador in the 59th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 63rd minute by Luca Schultheiss got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 66 minutes into the game, Oscar Salvador recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marvin Neuenschwander. Oscar Salvador showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Fabrizio Ambrogioni hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Marvin Neuenschwander made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Oliviero Zwinggi sent off a good shot on target. Delémont EC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Luca Schultheiss scored to the left of an out of position Marvin Neuenschwander, making the score, 0-7. In the 90th minute, Quentin Galliker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marvin Neuenschwander made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Oscar Salvador sent off a good shot on target. Luca Schultheiss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Marvin Neuenschwander made a huge save. Komische Frage's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
