Spectators: 8477 (Terracing: 6359, Seating: 1949, VIP seats: 169) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Didier Bonenfant kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the match, Tegerfelden's goal looked a bit too open when Didier Bonenfant came free, but Tony Frey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tony Frey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Didier Bonenfant in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Tegerfelden's Rodrigo Wertscher dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Tony Frey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentin Schmidlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ralf Scenna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mjöllnir's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralf Scenna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Frey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ralf Scenna struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Tony Frey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mjöllnir. Tegerfelden's Enea Wechsler got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Rodrigo Wertscher reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marc Brand. The goal made the score 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quentin Schmidlin in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Frey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mjöllnir's Marc Brand proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Mjöllnir from getting a goal against them. Rodrigo Wertscher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Marc Brand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimir Dahinden's late challenge caught a Mjöllnir's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casimir Dahinden helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Tegerfelden getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Casimir Dahinden hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Mjöllnir's Ralf Scenna tried to score from far away in the 43rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Didier Bonenfant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Frey having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rodrigo Wertscher to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Mjöllnir got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Scenna. Enea Wechsler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Brand having to interfere. Marc Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Wertscher in the 60th minute of play. Jacquin Bühlmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Tony Frey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pat Wirtz kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Mjöllnir's Marc Brand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enea Wechsler in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Tegerfelden's Enea Wechsler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Brand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Tegerfelden's Tony Frey proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Tegerfelden from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvator Primavera during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 77th match minute, Tegerfelden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvator Primavera to maneuver through the defense. Mjöllnir's Ralf Scenna got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Mjöllnir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Möckli to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Wertscher hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Wertscher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Frey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Didier Bonenfant, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Tony Frey was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Didier Bonenfant showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 92 minute of play. With a little luck, Tegerfelden's Tony Frey got control of the ball when Ralf Scenna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marc Brand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Wertscher in the 96th minute of play. Tegerfelden's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
