Spectators: 8410 (Terracing: 6308, Seating: 1934, VIP seats: 168) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodrigo Wertscher took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jared Labrie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Wertscher in the 5th minute of play. Remo Rusterholz hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Lothaire Wyser kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jared Labrie. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erwin Amiel got free with Jared Labrie in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tony Frey came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Zürich's Maxime Geisseler. But to his dismay, Maxime Geisseler quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 40 minutes into the match, FC Zürich's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Wertscher came free, but Jared Labrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When FC Zürich's Thoralf Betz in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tegerfelden's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Wertscher in the 44th minute of play forced FC Zürich's goalkeeper Jared Labrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thoralf Betz made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Tegerfelden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimir Dahinden to maneuver through the defense. Maxime Geisseler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Frey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Claudius Wiesi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Zürich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claudius Wiesi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th match minute, Tegerfelden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimir Dahinden to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Schumacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Zürich's Jared Labrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Amiel in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Thoralf Betz managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Zürich's supporters rose to their feet, but Thoralf Betz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Frey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxime Geisseler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Tony Frey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Wertscher had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jared Labrie. FC Zürich's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Wertscher was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Jared Labrie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Wertscher, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tegerfelden's goalkeeper Tony Frey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lothaire Wyser kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jared Labrie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erwin Amiel in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Remo Rusterholz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Guibord hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Yann Barrière took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jared Labrie. FC Zürich's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 86th match minute, FC Zürich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remo Rusterholz to maneuver through the defense. Jared Labrie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erwin Amiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Rodrigo Wertscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jared Labrie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, FC Zürich's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Amiel came free, but Jared Labrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudius Wiesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Frey having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tegerfelden had won after a very even match.
