Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bureboys's Rafael Obrist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marc Schläfli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrad Bohren, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Bureboys's Michael Freitag got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the game, Jesaja Aiello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C Beauregard's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bureboys the free kick. After 6 played minutes F.C Beauregard got a freekick which was hit by Jesaja Aiello. After having played for 7 minutes, Conrad Bohren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bureboys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrad Bohren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sidonius Hirter's late challenge caught a Bureboys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sidonius Hirter helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, F.C Beauregard's Sidonius Hirter got a free kick in the 10th minute. Frayne Rub took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marc Schläfli. F.C Beauregard's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Conrad Bohren took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Schläfli. Marc Schläfli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. F.C Beauregard's Wolfgang Palorini got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jesaja Aiello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrad Bohren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Schläfli having to interfere. Friedel Müller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wolfgang Palorini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bureboys's zone, Jesaja Aiello stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Friedel Müller came out of the goal and Jesaja Aiello tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bureboys's Rafael Obrist, in the 36th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Bureboys. Marc Schläfli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Conrad Bohren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C Beauregard's Wolfgang Palorini pulled a muscle in his back after 44 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Celestino Despland's late challenge caught a F.C Beauregard's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celestino Despland helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bureboys! Friedel Müller went to the wrong direction when Othello Kobel was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Jesaja Aiello made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Rob Parizeau had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Bruno Werfel kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Conrad Bohren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute Rafael Obrist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marc Schläfli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bureboys's Conrad Bohren got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 58 minutes into the game, Michael Freitag was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bureboys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Beauregard the free kick. In the 58th minute, Michael Freitag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marc Schläfli made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Conrad Bohren sent off a good shot on target. Conrad Bohren took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marc Schläfli. Marc Schläfli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 71 minutes into the match, F.C Beauregard's goalkeeper Marc Schläfli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrad Bohren. Marc Schläfli stood somewhat misplaced when Conrad Bohren came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 74 minute. Conrad Bohren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Schläfli having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Bureboys's Rafael Obrist ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marc Schläfli. Marc Schläfli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Marc Schläfli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Obrist in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Obrist in the 94th minute of play forced F.C Beauregard's goalkeeper Marc Schläfli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bureboys had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
