With his leg Colin Enzmann managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Red-Skorpion's Geoff Schwarz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Seastar Thun's Colin Enzmann got control of the ball when Geoff Schwarz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Geoff Schwarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 31st match minute, Red-Skorpion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Jenny to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Red-Skorpion's Geoff Schwarz got a free kick in the 37th minute. After 43 minutes of play, Red-Skorpion's Geoff Schwarz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Colin Enzmann was left in no man's land by his defense there! Geoff Schwarz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colin Enzmann having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Geoff Schwarz hit a great ball. Dennis Feldmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 63 minutes of play, Red-Skorpion's Magnus Brünisholz made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The tension between the Red-Skorpion and the Seastar Thun players grew even worse after the yellow card. Colin Enzmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
