Spectators: 8500 (Terracing: 6376, Seating: 1955, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geoff Schwarz started the match with the kick off. Michael Theiler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Obrist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Theiler came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Bureboys's Rafael Obrist. But to his dismay, Rafael Obrist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Michael Theiler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Obrist, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Rafael Obrist's late challenge caught a Red-Skorpion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rafael Obrist helped the player get up and apologised. Rafael Obrist hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bureboys's Friedel Müller got control of the ball when Geoff Schwarz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Friedel Müller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magnus Brünisholz, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Magnus Brünisholz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geoff Schwarz in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Friedel Müller, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Bureboys's zone, Magnus Brünisholz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Friedel Müller came out of the goal and Magnus Brünisholz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Bureboys's Bruno Werfel got a free kick in the 27th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrad Bohren in the 29th minute of play forced Red-Skorpion's goalkeeper Michael Theiler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red-Skorpion's Magnus Brünisholz got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Friedel Müller stood somewhat misplaced when Geoff Schwarz came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 41 minute. After a rather tough play, Red-Skorpion's Timoteo Bouchard got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 56thth minute of the game Geoff Schwarz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bureboys's Friedel Müller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Red-Skorpion's Geoff Schwarz in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bureboys's goalie prevented a goal. In the 66th play minute Conrad Bohren came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Michael Theiler. 1-2. Friedel Müller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoff Schwarz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Geoff Schwarz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Friedel Müller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Conrad Bohren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Michael Theiler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Red-Skorpion booed when Bureboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Freitag didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrad Bohren got free with Michael Theiler in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frayne Rub was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 89th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Red-Skorpion's Geoff Schwarz in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bureboys's goalie prevented a goal. Friedel Müller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Brünisholz in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Bureboys's goal looked a bit too open when Geoff Schwarz came free, but Friedel Müller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bureboys eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
