In the 11th match minute, Flatline Zombies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Oprița to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Levent Erkinay in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moritz Wechsler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Kalb in the 21st minute of play forced Cala's goalkeeper Moritz Wechsler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Flatline Zombies's goal looked a bit too open when Armand Theijs came free, but Armağan Mukremin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flatline Zombies's Armağan Mukremin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Theijs in the 32nd minute of play. Moritz Wechsler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Seco went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Moritz Wechsler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Imbach in the 37th minute of play. Levent Erkinay kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Moritz Wechsler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Levent Erkinay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flatline Zombies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After the first half Flatline Zombies were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cala's Steffen Rohner was substituted for Luigi Dresner. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armand Theijs to make the kick off. The Flatline Zombies fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Flatline Zombies's Paulo Seco looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Liborius Müller got free with Moritz Wechsler in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moritz Wechsler made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Liborius Müller sent off a good shot on target. After 59 played minutes Flatline Zombies got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Seco. After a rather tough play, Flatline Zombies's Valentin Rindlisbacher got a free kick in the 60th minute. Armağan Mukremin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armand Theijs in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Cala's goalkeeper Moritz Wechsler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Georg Gustavsson. Moritz Wechsler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georg Gustavsson in the 63rd minute of the match. Moritz Wechsler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georg Gustavsson went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Moritz Wechsler came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Flatline Zombies's Paulo Seco. But to his dismay, Paulo Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 77th minute Paulo Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moritz Wechsler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moritz Wechsler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Georg Gustavsson in the 79th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Georg Gustavsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Moritz Wechsler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Moritz Wechsler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moritz Wechsler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Georg Gustavsson in the 85th minute. Cala's Moritz Wechsler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Seco in the 87th minute of play. Moritz Wechsler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Seco in the 90th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Flatline Zombies left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cala.
