Raffaelo Rüttimann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lázaro Lizbeth went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Placido Egli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beat Leutwyler. B68 Toftir's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Placido Egli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 苏昆银 in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joga Bonito Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lázaro Lizbeth was slow to take the kick. During this time B68 Toftir's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to B68 Toftir's Felix Asserlindh getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Raffaelo Rüttimann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored 2-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Raffaelo Rüttimann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 41 played minutes B68 Toftir got a freekick which was hit by Ruben Dias. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, 苏昆银 put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Beat Leutwyler.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 苏昆银 to make the kick off. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Egli in the 53rd minute of play. Raffaelo Rüttimann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximino Goi went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito Juniors's Davi de Amaral got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Lázaro Lizbeth shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Raffaelo Rüttimann showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Raffaelo Rüttimann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timmie Nyemanting in the 61st minute of the match. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Raffaelo Rüttimann when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lázaro Lizbeth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Raffaelo Rüttimann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. B68 Toftir were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Joga Bonito Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lázaro Lizbeth took the corner. After taking down the ball on B68 Toftir's corner Lázaro Lizbeth fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Raffaelo Rüttimann quite easily take care of the ball. Bengt-Arne Blomberg didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-7 via right post in the game's 88th minute. B68 Toftir's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! When Valentin Ruckli came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Joga Bonito Juniors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Ruckli couldn't finish the play. The B68 Toftir players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
