In the 7th minute Ademar Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flemming Cavegn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Rägi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alekos Livas in the 8th minute. Ademar Rocha took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flemming Cavegn. Flemming Cavegn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. FC Rägi's Zachariasz Moryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Despland in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graciano Widenmeier got free with Zachariasz Moryl in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gucci United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernardo Flores in the 20th minute. The corner led Gucci United's Lucas Steinmann to fire away a dangerous shot which Zachariasz Moryl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Gucci United's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Penc came free, but Flemming Cavegn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slade Küng kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Rägi's zone, Bernardo Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zachariasz Moryl came out of the goal and Bernardo Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Per Langelier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gucci United's Flemming Cavegn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jürgen Leu in the 34th minute of play. Flemming Cavegn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Leu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Flemming Cavegn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Penc, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Zachariasz Moryl made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Graciano Widenmeier sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Despland in the 48th minute of play forced FC Rägi's goalkeeper Zachariasz Moryl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Gucci United's Bernardo Flores got a free kick in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Gucci United's goalkeeper Flemming Cavegn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Hurschler. In the 68th minute Andre Despland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachariasz Moryl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gucci United were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after FC Rägi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bernardo Flores took the corner. The corner ended in Bernardo Flores almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Rägi's Zachariasz Moryl did a great save. Daniel Hurschler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ademar Rocha got free with Flemming Cavegn in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute of the match, Ademar Rocha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Flemming Cavegn was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of FC Rägi booed when Gucci United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fidelis Greub didn't get a good kick on the ball.
