Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Luna in the 5th minute of play forced Brütten's goalkeeper Yan Fossati to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yan Fossati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Morientes in the 9th minute of play. In the 12th minute of the match, Fernando Morientes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yan Fossati saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Brütten's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alessandro Finotti was slow to take the kick. During this time THE ROKERY PIMKIS's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on THE ROKERY PIMKIS's corner Alessandro Finotti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Yan Fossati quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Brütten's Yan Fossati got control of the ball when Francisco Mino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jorge Luna did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Yan Fossati 19 minutes into the match. Francisco Mino in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yan Fossati, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in THE ROKERY PIMKIS's zone, Alberto Hofstetter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiran Tomasini came out of the goal and Alberto Hofstetter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Yan Fossati threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jorge Luna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Clint Paly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Brütten's Yan Fossati got control of the ball when Ferris Stock tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brütten's goalkeeper Yan Fossati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yan Fossati was a little too slow when Jorge Luna got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 48th minute, Augustin Heinzmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Zbytniewski to strike the kick off in the second half. Yan Fossati showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, Brütten's Augustin Heinzmann got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute Fernando Morientes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yan Fossati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Jorge Luna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yan Fossati was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 62nd minute, Jorge Luna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE ROKERY PIMKIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Fernando Morientes scored 5-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yan Fossati, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. THE ROKERY PIMKIS made a substitution. Matthias Lepage replaced Ronny Simmen. Yan Fossati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Mino in the 72nd minute of the match. 73 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Hofstetter. In the 76th minute, Brütten's Edward Zbytniewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-1. 78 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Zbytniewski came free, but Kiran Tomasini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yan Fossati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Luna in the 80th minute of the match. Yan Fossati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Mino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan Fossati came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Jorge Luna. But to his dismay, Jorge Luna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. In the 94th minute Edward Zbytniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiran Tomasini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
