Clint Paly's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislav Yakovlev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Clint Paly scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stanislav Yakovlev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 22nd minute Edward Zbytniewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Yakovlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alban Rondinelli in the 27th minute of play forced Uebeschi Rangers's goalkeeper Stanislav Yakovlev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Alban Rondinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislav Yakovlev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Brütten's goal looked a bit too open when Metin Kayaalp came free, but Yan Fossati reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislav Yakovlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alban Rondinelli in the 43rd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Uebeschi Rangers's Stanislav Yakovlev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alban Rondinelli in the 52nd minute of play. Clint Paly's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Stanislav Yakovlev skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Brütten's Yan Fossati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedetto Louis in the 54th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Generoso Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stanislav Yakovlev acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 62nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alexander Bettinelli. Uebeschi Rangers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Alban Rondinelli scored to the left of an out of position Stanislav Yakovlev, making the score, 0-2. Uebeschi Rangers's Marino Rüdy was substituted for Florian Lagnaz. Stanislav Yakovlev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alban Rondinelli in the 79th minute of play. Stanislav Yakovlev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alban Rondinelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the match, Uebeschi Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Alban Rondinelli came free, but Stanislav Yakovlev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Uebeschi Rangers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislav Yakovlev should have stopped the shot. The Uebeschi Rangers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brütten's performance. The match ended with a win for Brütten.
