Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan-Pieter Van Steen took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jon Westelinx hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Hans Jannis kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Lucien Skouten hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Camiel Peers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joachim De Koster firmly grabbed it by the left post. Niels Antheunis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camiel Peers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Joachim De Koster made a huge save. A collision led to VC Uilekot getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Niels Antheunis hit a great ball. Phillipe Sulem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan-Pieter Van Steen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes Wouteringen got a freekick which was hit by Frank De Raeijmaeckers. Jan-Pieter Van Steen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillipe Sulem having to interfere. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wouteringen's goalkeeper Phillipe Sulem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jan-Pieter Van Steen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan-Pieter Van Steen in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Phillipe Sulem saved Wouteringen from getting behind.

Jan-Pieter Van Steen had several of the Wouteringen's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 58 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Phillipe Sulem as he didn't even see the shot coming. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Hans Jannis managed to get in a good position for a shot. VC Uilekot's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans Jannis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Phillipe Sulem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jon Westelinx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Joachim De Koster tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jan-Pieter Van Steen came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the VC Uilekot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Pieter Van Steen couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Jan-Pieter Van Steen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Phillipe Sulem. The goal made the score 1-2. Jan-Pieter Van Steen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Phillipe Sulem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute Camiel Peers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim De Koster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Wouteringen's Yanniek Van Dyck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim De Koster narrowly saved just below the crossbar. VC Uilekot were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
