Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gert-Jan Paschiers charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gert-Jan Paschiers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Luttre booed when SK Winksele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gert-Jan Paschiers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Luttre's Edgard Van Hoovelt dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 10th play minutes Maarten Imbrechts shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Tibaut Wuyts and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Kint in the 13th minute of play forced Luttre's goalkeeper Tibaut Wuyts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Maarten Imbrechts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Winksele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maarten Imbrechts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute Bartjan De Kepper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camiel Helssen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maarten Imbrechts in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tibaut Wuyts prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes in the game, Edgard Van Hoovelt fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Camiel Helssen having to interfere. When the match clock showed 22 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Maarten Imbrechts sped through Luttre's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tibaut Wuyts. After a defensive mix-up in Luttre's zone, Gert-Jan Paschiers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibaut Wuyts came out of the goal and Gert-Jan Paschiers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maarten Imbrechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute Edgard Van Hoovelt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camiel Helssen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Conrad De Weyngaert managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Winksele's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrad De Weyngaert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tibaut Wuyts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tibaut Wuyts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maarten Imbrechts in the 40th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geert-Jan Gelens during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Geert-Jan Gelens hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. When Erwin-Alexander Van der Sande came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Luttre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erwin-Alexander Van der Sande couldn't finish the play. After the first half SK Winksele were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maarten Imbrechts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the SK Winksele defense, Edgard Van Hoovelt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camiel Helssen. The SK Winksele fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camiel Helssen should have stopped the shot. Maarten Imbrechts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 56 minutes, Birger Vandewalle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luttre and the SK Winksele players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SK Winksele booed when Luttre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Vandewalle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute, Conrad De Weyngaert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tibaut Wuyts. The goal made the score 2-3. Tibaut Wuyts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maarten Imbrechts in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, SK Winksele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geert-Jan Gelens to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the game, Luttre's Mathieux Backers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camiel Helssen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Conrad De Weyngaert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Tibaut Wuyts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lenny Isebergh made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Luttre's Terry Slaghmeulders. If Edgard Van Hoovelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Kint fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibaut Wuyts having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, SK Winksele's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Vandewalle came free, but Camiel Helssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luttre were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SK Winksele for a fine match.
