Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Axell Van Gertsuyden started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Bellevue defense, Andries De Keyser kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmond Van de Velde. The Bellevue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmond Van de Velde should have stopped the shot. Peter Engelborgh hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Bellevue's Patrick Van den Enden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean Wuets narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jean Wuets made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Peter Engelborgh sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Arnold Van Geertruyden in the 23rd minute really tested Jean Wuets's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Patrick Van den Enden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Jean Wuets made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Andries De Keyser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edmond Van de Velde was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Van haeck in the 33rd minute of play forced Bellevue's goalkeeper Edmond Van de Velde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tim-Jan Stuyck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ARSENAL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Patrick Van den Enden scored to the left of an out of position Jean Wuets, making the score, 1-2. Patrick Van den Enden succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 44th playminute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andries De Keyser stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, ARSENAL's Tim-Jan Stuyck seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tim-Jan Stuyck the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ARSENAL protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tim-Jan Stuyck had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Jean Wuets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik De Vorster in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match Peter Engelborgh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean Wuets showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 58th minute Peter Engelborgh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Wuets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARSENAL's Jean Wuets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axell Van Gertsuyden in the 60th minute of play. In the 65th minute, Axell Van Gertsuyden ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean Wuets was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Edmond Van de Velde successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. ARSENAL's Jean Wuets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Van den Enden in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Van den Enden in the 80th minute of play forced ARSENAL's goalkeeper Jean Wuets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Patrick Van den Enden made a precise shot to the right of Jean Wuets. ARSENAL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 86th minute Axell Van Gertsuyden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Wuets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christofere Pelleman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean Wuets came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Bellevue's Patrick Van den Enden. But to his dismay, Patrick Van den Enden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Bellevue were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ARSENAL for a fine match.
