Tottenham Hotspur's Timothy Van Lint proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Tottenham Hotspur from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in KSV Altembroek's zone, Qu Bin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geoffry Van de Wal came out of the goal and Qu Bin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Tottenham Hotspur booed when KSV Altembroek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Uytdebroeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geert-Jan Huybreghts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, KSV Altembroek's Joost Dirickx got a free kick in the 30th minute. Joost Dirickx kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Qu Bin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Geoffry Van de Wal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Qu Bin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geoffry Van de Wal having to interfere. Geoffry Van de Wal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Qu Bin in the 82nd minute.
