Guy Van den Haute might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauricio Caradaro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guy Van den Haute ran back to his position shaking his head. Mustafa Emrah Mertel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauricio Caradaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guy Van den Haute's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Kenny Wigers made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Xavier Jaspers sent off a good shot on target. After 31 minutes of play, ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s Natan Sutens made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenny Wigers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Laarne's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mathieu-Maxim Van Haght in the 35th minute. The corner ended in Mathieu-Maxim Van Haght almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s Mauricio Caradaro did a great save. In the 36th minute, ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s Natan Sutens dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After some careless play in the Laarne defense, Mustafa Emrah Mertel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenny Wigers. The Laarne fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenny Wigers should have stopped the shot. When Roderik Van Deinze fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s protests and gave Roderik Van Deinze a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Laarne booed when ⚽️Ravens⚽️ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderik Van Deinze didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes ⚽️Ravens⚽️ got a freekick which was hit by Elias Kockaerts. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mustafa Emrah Mertel made the kick off in the second half. Laarne's Kenny Wigers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Emrah Mertel in the 52nd minute of play. When Xavier Jaspers came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the ⚽️Ravens⚽️ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavier Jaspers couldn't finish the play. Kenny Wigers came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s Elias Kockaerts. But to his dismay, Elias Kockaerts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Thommy Debecker kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Guy Van den Haute's late challenge caught a ⚽️Ravens⚽️'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guy Van den Haute helped the player get up and apologised.
