Tran Montens took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anton Laeremans. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bekkevoort's goalkeeper Matthew Strupar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Bekkevoort's goal looked a bit too open when Staf Van der Veeken came free, but Matthew Strupar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Staf Van der Veeken came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Caput Bovis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Staf Van der Veeken couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Staf Van der Veeken was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Tran Montens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bekkevoort's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tran Montens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Staf Van der Veeken hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Nicolaas Bourgignon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Andy Van Houtvin walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Fransesco Cockx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anton Laeremans having to make a save.
