A collision led to KRAFT FOODS Gigolo 69 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Arno De Witte hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Phillipe Vervoort left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Juve Stabia Evolution fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jelle Heers in the 13th minute of play forced Juve Stabia Evolution's goalkeeper Bjorn Van Den Eynden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenny Vranx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phillipe Vervoort in the 16th minute of play. When Jelle Heers came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the KRAFT FOODS Gigolo 69 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jelle Heers couldn't finish the play. Juve Stabia Evolution's Phillipe Vervoort got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 47 minutes of play, Juve Stabia Evolution's Kevin Van Crickinghe made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kenny Vranx was left in no man's land by his defense there! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wladyslaw Wisniewski made a kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Jelle Heers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bjorn Van Den Eynden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arno De Witte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Bjorn Van Den Eynden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of KRAFT FOODS Gigolo 69 booed when Juve Stabia Evolution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position.
