FC Latem's Jeoffrey Renotte got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Jeoffrey Renotte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Latem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeoffrey Renotte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laurent Spoelberghe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Laurent Spoelberghe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When FC Latem's Laurent Spoelberghe in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KV Comblain-au-Pont's goalie prevented a goal. After 44 minutes, Felix Feys mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KV Comblain-au-Pont and the FC Latem players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan-Pieter Vervoort was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Dylan Struelens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, FC Latem's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Pieter Vervoort came free, but Florian Van Achteren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luc Maerschalcx missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 60 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Fabien Verdonckt right hand side. After having played for 61 minutes, Jeoffrey Renotte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Latem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeoffrey Renotte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, KV Comblain-au-Pont's Fabien Verdonckt got control of the ball when Jeoffrey Renotte tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Latem's Luc Maerschalcx got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laurent Spoelberghe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 76 minutes into the match, KV Comblain-au-Pont's goalkeeper Fabien Verdonckt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeoffrey Renotte. 77 minutes into the match, FC Latem's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Pieter Vervoort came free, but Florian Van Achteren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute of the match FC Latem got a corner. KV Comblain-au-Pont's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jean-Louis De Paepe ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jeoffrey Renotte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabien Verdonckt having to make a save. Jeoffrey Renotte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Fabien Verdonckt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jeoffrey Renotte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
