Thanks to some nice moves Florian Lyens could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Enzo Switten however easily saved by the left post. Nils Boegaert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils Boegaert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enzo Switten read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute of the match, Nils Boegaert tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enzo Switten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nils Boegaert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Switten having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Jammy Terwenhout made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, AFC Olne's Nils Boegaert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Switten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Enzo Switten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Lyens , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Xhavee's goal looked a bit too open when Florian Lyens came free, but Enzo Switten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, AFC Olne's Frederic Vloebergh got control of the ball when Sylven Hoeybroeck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils Boegaert struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Enzo Switten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Olne. In the 68th minute Nils Boegaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Switten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Lyens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Switten having to interfere. Nils Boegaert might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Switten. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils Boegaert ran back to his position shaking his head. After 75 minutes, Nils Boegaert made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Xhavee's Enzo Switten tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. AFC Olne's Florian Lyens got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 88th minute, Florian Lyens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enzo Switten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Lyens , who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. AFC Olne walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
