Spectators: 7499 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Willy Verduin kicked off to start the match. The crowd rose to their feet as KFC Varinkshoek's Yoachim Klopterop slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Charl Quinet. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Warzee's zone, Yoachim Klopterop stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charl Quinet came out of the goal and Yoachim Klopterop tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastien Gebuers took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charl Quinet. Charl Quinet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Arend Baboeuf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charl Quinet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoachim Klopterop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Yoachim Klopterop managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Varinkshoek's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoachim Klopterop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charl Quinet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Yoachim Klopterop managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Varinkshoek's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoachim Klopterop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charl Quinet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Yoachim Klopterop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 27 minutes, Yoachim Klopterop made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Warzee's Charl Quinet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. KFC Varinkshoek's Luisito Indalecio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arend Baboeuf in the 31st minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Yoachim Klopterop who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warzee's Charl Quinet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Warzee's zone, Harrie Ceusters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charl Quinet came out of the goal and Harrie Ceusters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yoachim Klopterop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charl Quinet having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Yoachim Klopterop's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charl Quinet read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Harrie Ceusters hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ryan Van Meerbeeck kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Warzee's Harrie Kersselaers got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, Harrie Kersselaers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Yoachim Klopterop notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Warzee's Charl Quinet. Charl Quinet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luisito Indalecio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arend Baboeuf in the 72nd minute. Yoachim Klopterop received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Charl Quinet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warzee's goalkeeper Charl Quinet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th match minute, Warzee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claude Van Gorpt to maneuver through the defense. If Yoachim Klopterop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charl Quinet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harrie Ceusters, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Charl Quinet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoachim Klopterop, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that KFC Varinkshoek were the better team. KFC Varinkshoek's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
