Frits Van Calster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel De Coster having to interfere. Gill Van Huele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berten Colebrandts in the 5th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Vielsalm's zone, Berten Colebrandts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gill Van Huele came out of the goal and Berten Colebrandts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frits Van Calster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gill Van Huele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berten Colebrandts in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefaan Helssens in the 27th minute of play forced KFC Vielsalm's goalkeeper Gill Van Huele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Frits Van Calster's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Axel De Coster was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. If Tobias Omblet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berten Colebrandts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gill Van Huele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefaan Helssens, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frits Van Calster to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Grimbergen's Marnix Imbreghts got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Mathias De Meyer, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Omblet in the 58th minute of play forced Grimbergen's goalkeeper Axel De Coster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute Frits Van Calster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel De Coster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berten Colebrandts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gill Van Huele having to interfere. Berten Colebrandts blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gill Van Huele having to make a save. Jacque Spoelberghe shot from long distance in the 77th minute, but Gill Van Huele was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 78th minute, Charl Christiaens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Jacque Spoelberghe from long distance, 79 minutes into the match, got Gill Van Huele's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 82 minutes into the match, KFC Vielsalm's goal looked a bit too open when Berten Colebrandts came free, but Gill Van Huele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, KFC Vielsalm's Frits Van Calster sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Axel De Coster narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KFC Vielsalm's Gill Van Huele proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Vielsalm from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Berten Colebrandts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimbergen's supporters rose to their feet, but Berten Colebrandts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gill Van Huele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stefaan Helssens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gill Van Huele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
