Sylven de Pelsmaekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 7th minute, Dante Colebrants fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Yanick Jannes, passed just outside the right post. If Dante Colebrants had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes AFC Genappe got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Caroli. 19 minutes into the match, AFC Genappe's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Van Bostraeten came free, but Sylven de Pelsmaekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 21 minutes, Yanick Jannes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Yanick Jannes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. After a rather tough play, FC Koolkerke's Waud Haentjens got a free kick in the 35th minute. Sylven de Pelsmaekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Huybreghts in the 39th minute of the match. Sylven de Pelsmaekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mitch Valckx in the 40th minute of play. Cristiano Caroli hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Sylven de Pelsmaekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casper Van Bostraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Dante Colebrants fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Jannes having to interfere.

Dante Colebrants sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in FC Koolkerke's zone, Dante Colebrants stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yanick Jannes came out of the goal and Dante Colebrants tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AFC Genappe's Sylven de Pelsmaekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Van Bostraeten in the 59th minute of play. Dante Colebrants fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Jannes having to interfere. A collision led to FC Koolkerke getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Matthy Dewinter hit a great ball. In the 66th match minute, AFC Genappe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cederic Raes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Genappe's zone, Kevin Van Deinze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sylven de Pelsmaekers came out of the goal and Kevin Van Deinze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yanne Van Huyck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Jannes having to interfere. A collision led to FC Koolkerke getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Casper Van Bostraeten hit a great ball. Sylven de Pelsmaekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waud Haentjens in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waud Haentjens in the 83rd minute of play forced AFC Genappe's goalkeeper Sylven de Pelsmaekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Waud Haentjens dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sylven de Pelsmaekers, 1-3. Yanick Jannes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Colebrants, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Yanne Van Huyck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Colebrants sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle went the supporters of FC Koolkerke were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant AFC Genappe side.
