Spectators: 7455 (Terracing: 5592, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julien De Koning got the match started through his kick off. Jeremie Pluijssens's late challenge caught a Kleit's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremie Pluijssens helped the player get up and apologised. Jacky Stockman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Kleit's Julien De Koning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ben Leclerq narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SK Snikberg's Ben Leclerq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien De Koning in the 17th minute of play. After 19 minutes, Julien De Koning made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. SK Snikberg's Ben Leclerq tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ben Leclerq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacky Stockman in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Kleit booed when SK Snikberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jef Van Den Linden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacky Stockman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ben Leclerq read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Kleit's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremie Pluijssens came free, but Emile Van Beringhen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Julien De Koning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kleit's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julien De Koning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ben Leclerq didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacky Stockman went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 45 minutes, Julien De Koning made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SK Snikberg's Ben Leclerq tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jef Van Den Linden to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Jeremie Pluijssens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SK Snikberg's Ben Leclerq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julien De Koning in the 56th minute of play. Jacky Stockman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ben Leclerq made a huge save. Julien De Koning was extremely unlucky when he, in the 58th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ben Leclerq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julien De Koning in the 60th minute of play. Ben Leclerq made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Jacky Stockman sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julien De Koning in the 69th minute of play forced SK Snikberg's goalkeeper Ben Leclerq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the game, Julien De Koning lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Ben Leclerq. Ben Leclerq came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kleit's Jacky Stockman. But to his dismay, Jacky Stockman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 76th minute of the match, Julien De Koning tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ben Leclerq saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ben Leclerq showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien De Koning, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Jacky Stockman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ben Leclerq. The goal made the score 0-7. Kleit's Jacky Stockman got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Kleit booed when SK Snikberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremie Pluijssens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacky Stockman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Ben Leclerq made a huge save. Jef Van Den Linden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emile Van Beringhen having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Kleit left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SK Snikberg.
