In the 2nd minute, Oliver Cortens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Axel Nelleboedske could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Billy Van Collenborgh however easily saved by the left post. Billy Van Collenborgh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Verlinden, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute of the match, Jeremy De Weijngaerden got a very nice opportunity to score, but Billy Van Collenborgh was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 11th minute, Ron Verlinden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremy De Weijngaerden received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Billy Van Collenborgh came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeremy De Weijngaerden slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, chappies's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Verlinden came free, but Billy Van Collenborgh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Ron Verlinden dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Billy Van Collenborgh, 2-0. After some careless play in the chappies defense, Ron Verlinden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Billy Van Collenborgh. The chappies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Billy Van Collenborgh should have stopped the shot. In the 26th minute, chappies's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeremy De Weijngaerden fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 28 minutes into the game, Davy Van Leemputten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Andris Wortelaert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andris Wortelaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Cortens in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Ron Verlinden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Van Collenborgh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Davy Van Leemputten to make the kick off. Oliver Cortens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Andris Wortelaert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremy De Weijngaerden scored 5-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Billy Van Collenborgh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Billy Van Collenborgh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Nelleboedske, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Billy Van Collenborgh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ron Verlinden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Jeremy De Weijngaerden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Van Collenborgh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes chappies got a freekick which was hit by Lennart Denys. Billy Van Collenborgh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremy De Weijngaerden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Bernaers in the 67th minute of play forced chappies's goalkeeper Billy Van Collenborgh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Van Collenborgh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ron Verlinden in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Jeremy De Weijngaerden had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Billy Van Collenborgh. chappies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeremy De Weijngaerden was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. After a defensive mix-up in chappies's zone, Jeremy De Weijngaerden stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Van Collenborgh came out of the goal and Jeremy De Weijngaerden tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Van Collenborgh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ron Verlinden, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Koen Eijkens during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes chappies got a freekick which was hit by Koen Eijkens. 77 minutes into the game, Casper Van Der Meeren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Keiem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave chappies the free kick. Casper Van Der Meeren hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 6-2 when Oliver Cortens sped through Keiem's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andris Wortelaert. In the 84th minute Davy Van Leemputten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andris Wortelaert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Jeremy De Weijngaerden notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of chappies's Billy Van Collenborgh. Billy Van Collenborgh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Axel Nelleboedske came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Keiem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Nelleboedske couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremy De Weijngaerden in the 93rd minute of play forced chappies's goalkeeper Billy Van Collenborgh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davy Van Leemputten in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andris Wortelaert saved Keiem from getting behind. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Keiem had played much better football throughout.
