Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sander Vanpevenaeyge kicked off to start the match. Mussenborg's Guust Fraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claus Lanphan in the 4th minute of play. Guust Fraes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claus Lanphan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When Claus Lanphan came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Voorne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claus Lanphan couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sander Vanpevenaeyge in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corneel Van Elsen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guust Fraes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Vuerinx in the 15th minute of play. Sander Vanpevenaeyge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneel Van Elsen having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Sean De Hertoghe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Voorne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mussenborg the free kick. The goalkeeper, Corneel Van Elsen, was totally fooled by Mussenborg's Bavo Theunis, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Corneel Van Elsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sander Vanpevenaeyge in the 35th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Corneel Van Elsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 39 played minutes Voorne got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Vuerinx. With a little luck, Voorne's Corneel Van Elsen got control of the ball when Wesly Debruyn tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andreas Vuerinx made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Andreas Vuerinx kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guust Fraes. That made the score 1-1 in the 51 minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Claus Lanphan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Voorne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claus Lanphan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Mussenborg getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Joery Cockx hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Mussenborg's Sander Vanpevenaeyge got a free kick in the 61st minute. Lou Van Meerbeeck charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lou Van Meerbeeck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bobby Vos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Guust Fraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andreas Vuerinx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guust Fraes having to make a save. Claus Lanphan in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guust Fraes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Guust Fraes made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Claus Lanphan sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natan Dekens during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mussenborg's Natan Dekens got a free kick in the 79th minute. Andreas Vuerinx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Guust Fraes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Claus Lanphan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Mussenborg's Guust Fraes got control of the ball when Claus Lanphan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joery Cockx kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of Voorne booed when Mussenborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Meys didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Gregorie Kest sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mussenborg's Guust Fraes didn't even have to move. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
